Visitors and users of the website are allowed to post comments in specific areas.

Comments in the course area are only visible to enrolled students.

To access the Site or some of its resources, you may be asked to provide certain registration details or other information. It is a condition of your use of the Site that all information you provide is correct, current, and complete.

When you establish a username and password as part of our security procedures for accessing restricted areas of the Site, you must treat such information as confidential and must not disclose it to any other person or entity. You acknowledge that your account is personal to you and agree not to provide access to this Site or portions of it using your username and password.

You agree not to use the Site in any way that could disable, overload, or harm it or interfere with any other party’s use of it.

You are responsible for making all arrangements necessary to access the Site, including hardware, software, and internet connection that guarantee adequate access to the Site and its functionalities.

Payments

Payment is processed manually via PayPal. You must register using the email address you want to receive the payment request. We cannot make any exceptions. By purchasing a product or service, you agree to use PayPal to effectuate the payment and that they have their own terms of service and privacy policy.

The PayPal payment request is sent to the email address you used to register within 24 hours of completing your order.
After we send the payment request, you have up to 48 hours to make the payment or the request will be canceled.
After receiving confirmation of your payment, your access to the course will be enabled within 24 hours.

If your order is not concluded with the payment, your registration on this Site will be deleted after seven days, and you will no longer have access to the Student Dashboard. If you wish to place an order in the future, you will need to register again.
We reserve the right to delete the registration and all your data, except for those we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.

Refunds

Course fees are 100% non-refundable and non-transferable.

Additional Terms and Conditions for the Course ‘Open Your Singing Voice: Practices to Overcome Trauma and Emotional Blocks’

In addition to the provisions of these Terms and Conditions, for the Course ‘Open Your Singing Voice: Practices to Overcome Trauma and Emotional Blocks’ also applies the following:

The student is aware that the course is self-paced and the program can be completed in 21 days or 3 weeks, with the sections ‘Welcome’ and ‘Somatic Work’ being available immediately when the student accesses the course, the next section, ‘Emotional Work’, is available after 7 days, and the sections’ ‘Energetic Work’ and ‘Synthesis: Next Steps’ will be available after 14 days.

The student will have access to the course for a period of 12 months counting from the date of access authorization after confirmation of payment.

The student agrees to receive course-related emails.

The student is responsible for his/her ability to do the exercises and for the results.

The student acknowledges that this course is not a substitute for qualified professional advice and that Carla Lima is not providing therapy services or attempting to diagnose, treat, or cure any physical or mental illness.

You acknowledge that Carla Lima is a Vocal Coach/Mentor who helps you achieve your own goals through personal responsibility and that she cannot and does not make any guarantees about results.

Changes to The Site

You acknowledge that we may update the content of this Site from time to time, at our sole discretion.

Changes to These Terms

We may revise and update these Terms of Use from time to time, at our sole discretion. All changes are effective immediately upon publication and apply to all access to and use of the Site thereafter.
